Celebration ETBs and Evolving Skies Booster Box Combo Deal (Missing Booster Box)
We have sent out a mass email already, but will send out another one along with posting here. We know everyone is missing their Evolving Skies booster boxes. The ETBs were supposed to be sent out with the wave 2 evolving skies booster boxes, as they were supposed to be released early/mid September. However, just like everything else from Pokemon these have been pushed back. We don't have a definite date, but initial reports from all the distributors is late October or early November. Sorry for any inconvenience.
For those who want a refund:
We can always do a refund, you'll just need to send us back the ETB and we will process the full refund. We just thought it's better to send off the ETB now since we have it and then when we get the boosters we will ship those out to those who ordered the combo deal, but if you don't want to wait for the booster box, then we can provide a return label and send us back the sealed ETB and we will process the full refund for you.
